10 Steps to Implementing a Successful Enterprise IoT Strategy

Designing a successful IoT strategy could be very challenging for an enterprise. Unlike other software initiatives, which IT owns and controls, IoT deployments span multiple business units and operational teams. Even for organizations with successful track record of rolling out complex supply chain solutions or enterprise application integration projects, designing and implementing an IoT strategy can be overwhelming.

It is critical to define key performance indicators that can be measured and improved through an IoT solution.
